Booking Terms – All Workshops & Classes
1. Payment & Reservation
Full payment is required to secure your slot. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
2. No Walk-ins
All sessions are by appointment only. Please book in advance.
3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours notice. Each booking can be rescheduled once only.
4. Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable. No-shows will not be rescheduled.
5. Late Arrival
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will not be given extra time and the session will still end as scheduled.
6. Duration
Session duration varies depending on the workshop type. You may leave earlier once you’ve completed your artwork. Additional charges will apply for any time extension.
7. Minimum Pax Requirement
Sessions may be rescheduled or refunded if minimum participants are not met.
8. Materials & Preparation
All materials are prepared in advance upon booking, including pre-drawn designs where applicable.
9. Materials Usage
All materials are for in-studio use only. Any unused or leftover materials are not allowed to be taken home.
